Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 ripe bananas, sliced
2 tbsp honey, adjust to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Melt-in-the-mouth Crumble Topping

1 cup almond flour
¼ - ½ cup powdered/icing sugar, adjust to taste
¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt, optional

Directions

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish lightly.
In a bowl, gently mix the blueberries, sliced bananas, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined. Spread the blueberry and banana mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the almond flour, powdered sugar, melted butter or coconut oil, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combined and the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the melt-in-the-mouth crumble topping evenly over the blueberry and banana mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is lightly golden and the fruit is bubbling. Allow to cool slightly before serving. This crumble can be served warm or at room temperature.
