Shipping, delivery & returns
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. If delays are expected we will contact you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Delays within the postal service are out of our control.
- If you wish to return product you will receive an unconditional full refund less postage expenses. The product must be unopened.
- Refunds or exchanges will not take place until the returned goods are received.
- A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
- If you receive damaged goods or the incorrect product, we will replace the goods at our cost.

- All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Kee-moh Snacks cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
- Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

- Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2 Day.
- Orders are generally received within 7-21 business days from the ship date.
