Choose any berries that take your fancy. Test for sweetness or tartness and adjust ingredients accordingly. To add a hint of chocolate without the sweetness, add 2 teaspoons of raw cacao.
250ml of any milk or liquid
Any berries of your choice - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut or other nut butter
100ml apple juice
2 big spoonfuls of full fat yoghurt
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a nice glass and enjoy!
For nausea: For the liquid, use coconut water and add ½ - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
For loss of weight: For the liquid, use a combination of coconut milk and coconut cream. Add a big spoonful of full of double cream or avocado.
For constipation: Add 1 tablespoon Kee-moh Snacks Fibre Max or similar. Add 2-4 pitted prunes. Add extra berries.
