Chia pudding suits so many side effects. Below is listed a couple of adaptations for loss of weight and dry mouth & throat. Enjoy!
Place milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract into a jar with a lid. Stir and place in the fridge. Leave for 10 minutes, stir again and return to the fridge for2- 4 hours or overnight. Once the chia is ready, remove from the fridge and divide between two jars for serving. Mix the honey with the yoghurt and spoon into the jars. Top with fresh figs.
For Loss of Weight: Use full fat milk or coconut milk. Use full fat yoghurt.
For Dry Mouth or Difficulty Swallowing: Stir through extra Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt before serving for more moisture.
