The taste of Easter in a smooth moist morsel. What's not to love?
For sore mouth, dry mouth & throat, difficulty chewing, and difficulty swallowing - pop a couple of bliss balls into a blender with some milk of your choice and blitz until smooth. To ramp up the protein content of the smoothie version, add protein powder or Greek yoghurt.
1½ teaspoons mixed spice (use 2 teaspoons if not using extra cinnamon and cloves below)
1 tablespoon almond spread, orange juice or coconut oil (only use if mixture does not bind)
Pipe or drizzle the paste over the bliss balls to form a cross on each one. Refrigerate or freeze balls in an air-tight container.
