No chopping required! A real win when you are lacking energy and don't have the reserves to be spending too much time in the kitchen chopping and dicing.
Toppings: For extra flavour and moisture, make a topping with ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt, a squeeze of lemon juice and some fresh dill and parsley.
For dry mouth & throat: Use some plain Greek yoghurt to add extra moisture
For taste changes (bland taste): Consider using extra herbs to add more flavour.Try a splash of Sriracha in the mix to add chilli heat in the mouth.
