This recipe is tastes adapting food and flavours to a whole new level. Simple to make and retains that ANZAC biscuit flavour we know and love.
Add all ingredients to a food processor bowl, use a non-cutting blade if you have one but it is not necessary if you don’t. Pulse until all the ingredients have combined and have formed a large ball. If you don’t have a food processor, mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon until combined.
Roll small amounts of mixture into balls between the palms of your hands. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer until required.
For sore mouth, difficulty swallowing, dry mouth & throat: Take two energy balls and place into a blender with 250mL of any milk. Blend until smooth and enjoy as a drink.
For salty taste changes: Use an unsalted nut butter.
