For loss of flavour: Enhance the eating experience by incorporating a touch of chilli or wasabi paste for a lively sensation in the mouth. When serving, a sprinkle of fresh basil or mint on top provides a refreshing cooling effect. These suggestions contribute an extra layer of stimulation, compensating for any lack of taste and flavour.
For metallic taste: To alleviate the metallic taste associated with treatment, it's advisable to omit bacon from your frittata, as meats can potentially intensify the unpleasant metallic sensation.
Nutrition values: Keep in mind that these values are approximate and can vary based on specific brands and preparation methods. For more precise nutritional information, it's recommended to use a nutrition calculator or consult with a registered dietitian.
