¼ tsp ground lemon myrtle
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until almost smooth. Add more water if required.
Remove and form into a log shape. Then cut into 8 portions. Roll each portion into a sausage shape. Roll up each sausage in a strip of baking paper and then wrap a piece of foil around that. Secure each end by twisting tightly like a lolly wrapper. Pop into the fridge for 20 minutes
Boil a saucepan of water with a steamer over the top and put the sausages into the steamer. Steam for 30 minutes. Unwrap and enjoy as is or brush with oil and place on the barbecue to grill for more colour.
